European Union convergence - environment for growth

Visit Wales is the lead for two Environment for Growth projects: coastal tourism and sustainable tourism.


The environment for growth theme of the convergence programme brings together a robust partnership between Visit Wales and the following organisations.

  • Valleys Regional Park
  • Cadw
  • Countryside Council for Wales
  • Environment Agency

The aim is to develop an exciting suite of strategic projects. The coastal tourism and sustainable tourism are the two main focus for Visit Wales.
