Review of In Safe Hands

 This report will now be considered by our Adult Protection Project Board who will be providing advice and recommendations to Welsh Ministers by the end of 2010 on how adult protection arrangements in Wales can continue to be appropriate and robust.

The intention in publishing the University of Glamorgan’s report now is to ensure that all stakeholders have the opportunity to read and reflect on its contents and to let our Adult Protection Project Board have their views on it so these can be taken into account before the Project Board provides its advice and recommendations to Welsh Ministers. We have asked stakeholders to let the Project Board have their views and comments by the end of June 2010.
