Evaluation of Learning Challenge Fund - Powys Basic Skills strategy

The Powys Basic Skills Project was funded by LCF between August 2003 and March 2006. It was the second phase of a CCET development to improve basic skills provision in Powys. The aim of the project has been to work in partnership to provide a quality assured framework and infrastructure and to widen community access to innovative basic skills training.
