Quality Improvement Fund 2010




As part of its Investing in Quality (IiQ) programme, we made Quality Improvement Funding (QIF) available to assist providers to develop focused activities which aim to improve the quality of learning, learners’ experiences, attainment or leadership and management. Providers were able to apply for a grant of up to £6k to deliver focused quality improvement activities.

The fund was open to further education institutions, local authorities, Welsh for Adults Language Centres and HM Prisons funded by the Assembly Government to deliver community learning (CL), further education (FE), or offender learning. Thirty-nine eligible applications were received.
