Wales Arts Review
The then Minister for Culture, Welsh Language and Sport invited an independent review panel to investigate the arts funding and management in Wales, including the role of the Arts Council of Wales.
In November 2006, the Arts Review Panel delivered their findings and recommendations to the Minister. The report was called A Dual Key Approach to the Strategic Development of the Arts in Wales. It is also known as the Stephens Report and the Stephens Wales Arts Review.
The report reflects the study of the arts in Wales and recommends how to best manage and grow national ambitions for the arts throughout Wales.
