A task and finish group was set up to explore the proposal received from Powys County Council for the establishment of Local Growth Zones in the county as an alternative model to Enterprise Zones.

The Group explored the specific issues that relate to wider challenges impacting on the key market towns of Brecon, Llandrindod Wells and Newtown and the services they provide.
