The study was undertaken for the Welsh Assembly Government to assess the ramifications of indexing non-Statutory Instrument (SI) legislation between 1999 and 2005 by the National Assembly for Wales.
Section 19 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FoIA) requires the Welsh Government to have a Publication Scheme.

The Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) Welsh Government Model Publication Scheme replaces the 2002 edition of our scheme. The Publication scheme outlines the information that we commit ourselves to make readily available to you.

The purpose of the Publication Scheme is to set out:

  • The information we undertake to publish as a matter of course.
  • How this information will be published.
  • Whether the information is available free of charge or on payment.

You can find the publication scheme on the Information Comissioner's website (external link).
