First Point of Contact Centre

The First Point of Contact Centre is a Welsh Government service from which the public can obtain any document produced by the Welsh Government.

Members of the public can make an appointment with the First Point of Contact Centre if they wish to view Welsh Government documents within the library. You can contact us by telephone, letter, fax or email. You can also view most Welsh Government publications at the 40 designated Information Link libraries located throughout Wales.

We are available to assist with any enquiry relating to Welsh Government publications. We aim to answer simple enquiries the same day during office hours. More complex enquiries will normally be completed within 15 working days.
