NAFWC 24/2002 - Communities First Local Authority Guidance

This guidance is to support officers and elected members within local authorities on the implementation of the Welsh Assembly Government’s Communities First programme. It also provides a wider understanding of the role of local authorities in relation to Communities First and, as such, will be of interest to others involved in the Communities First process such as Partnerships, other sectors and the communities themselves.
