NAFWC 04/2003 Black, Minority Ethnic (BME) Housing Grant Programme: 2003 - 2004

In September 2002, Mrs Edwina Hart, Minister for Finance, Local Government and Communities formally launched the “Black, Minority Ethnic (BME) Housing Action Plan for Wales”. The Action Plan is part of the Assembly Government’s wider mission to promote equality of opportunity and achieve social inclusion for all people in Wales.
