Public Service Management Wales (PSMW)

Public Service Management Wales supports and helps develop the skills required by managers and leaders across the Welsh public service to work collaboratively, across traditional boundaries.

We provide a range of opportunities to develop people, organisations and systems ultimately to contribute to creating better and more joined up public services for the citizens of Wales. Additional to those included on this website, we have our Programme of Learning which includes a wide range of learning opportunities for Welsh Government employees and those working in the wider Welsh Public Service.
