The National Archives publishes Acts of Parliament and Statutory Instruments.
Acts of Parliament, Assembly Measures and Assembly Acts enable Welsh Ministers to make more detailed legislation, known as secondary or subordinate legislation, usually by means of Statutory Instruments (SIs).

General SIs are published by the Office of Public Sector Information.  Welsh Statutory Instruments which are local in nature or effect, such as Traffic Orders can be accessed via the link on the right hand side of this page.

Some directions, codes of practice, guidance, etc., which are made by, or under the authority of Welsh Ministers, are not Statutory Instruments but are legislative in nature. This ‘non-SI subordinate legislation’ can be accessed via the link on the left hand side of this page.
