CAFCASS Cymru provides a service accessible to all children and families across Wales and is structured into geographical areas. Each area is managed by a Head of Operations who has responsibility for providing quality and timely expert social work advice and support to the courts, and for providing effective services to children and families to promote the welfare of children.

In addition, the national office at Llandudno Junction and the sub-offices in Cardiff and Swansea provide developmental and support services across the organisation.
