This chapter of our Programme for Government is our plan of action for Safer Communities for All . It sets out our commitments to make a difference to the people of Wales, and our measures of success.

Within these pages and downloads, you can view in detail the commitments we made at the programme’s launch in September 2011, as well as the yardsticks by which our progress may be judged.

Our progress report, released May 2012, documents action-by-action how we are getting on. We will release a progress report each year, and review our commitments annually over our 5-year term.
