Written - 5th Annual Substance Misuse Progress report

I am pleased to report the publication of the 2007 Annual Substance Misuse Strategy Progress Report. The report provides information on progress in implementing the Welsh Assembly Government’s Substance Misuse Strategy – Tackling Substance Misuse – A Partnership Approach over the last 12 months.

Substance misuse issues cut across many of the important issues that the Welsh Assembly Government has pledged to tackle so I am keen to continue the practice of sharing our achievements through an annual progress report.   This year’s report again demonstrates that we are continuing to make progress in tackling this complex agenda.
